Review

Intimate race, great terrain - extremely scenic, pre-race dinner was FANTASTIC, post-race salmon was one of a kind.

I suggest BACON! :)

Race Tips

ALWAYS prepare for rain! I was concerned w/ fuel, so I packed my own - was refreshing on the uphills when no one present.

Save your energy for the hills and note when they are prior to the race so you don't run out of steam! Have your camera handi as you may have a Smokey The Bear sighting! hehe

Logistical Tips (Hotels, Restaurants, Parking, Discounts, etc.)

Blue Heron was spot on - if traveling in a group; 4 bedrooms w/ 4 bathrooms - some w/ kitchenettes and a main kitchen along w/ relaxing deck.
