"The Cytiva Top of Utah Marathon is Utah’s marathon championship race for 2023 hosted on the flattest marathon race course in Utah, with race grade at or near 0%. Runners compete on an out and back USATF certified (26.2), officially timed course with on course hydration and nutrition. Runners in all race categories (26.2, 20k, 10k, 5k) will receive custom finisher medals, fitted designer running shirts, and post race meals. Cash awards for women and men in each race category."
